ARC Paint

Please include the following in your submission package:

  1. Submit payment for the application fee:
    • Change in Color Scheme using the Sherwin Williams color palettes (from the District’s approved schemes shown on the SW website, linked below) – $75 fee.
    • Change in Color Scheme requesting modifications to the Sherwin Williams palettes or colors outside of the approved palettes – $150 fee.
  2. A current photo of your property showing how it is currently painted.
    • Ensure the photo is clear and taken straight-on.
  3. Photos of your neighbors' homes (4 homes total—typically 2 on each side, or if you're on a corner, the next 4 homes).
    • Ensure these photos are clear and taken from a straight-on angle.

Tip: Speed up the review process by using the Sherwin Williams Color-Snap Visualizer and include the generated image in your submission package.
